Payment: Payment for products will be processed securely through PayPal at checkout. All payments must be made in full before the products are shipped. You confirm that the payment details you provide are valid and accurate.
Pricing: Prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. I reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, and any price changes will only apply to new orders placed after the change.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Orders: All products on the Site are handmade, and I take great care in crafting each item to meet high-quality standards. Due to the nature of handmade products, processing times may vary. Please allow up to 4 weeks for me to complete your order. After that, delivery times will depend on the shipping method chosen and your location.
Shipping Method: I use Royal Mail for all domestic and international shipments. Once your order is ready for dispatch, I will send it via Royal Mail, and you will receive tracking information (if applicable) to monitor your order’s progress.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping method you select and your location. Any additional costs, such as import duties or taxes for international orders, are the responsibility of the customer. I will inform you of the exact shipping cost during the checkout process.
Delivery: While I strive to ship orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as shipping carrier delays, customs procedures, or events beyond my control. After dispatch, I will do my best to keep you informed of any delays or issues with your shipment.
Customs and Import Duties: For international orders, the customer is responsible for paying any additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may be applied. These charges are not included in the price of the product or the shipping cost and are to be paid directly to the appropriate authorities.

5. Returns and Refunds

Return Window: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, please refer to the Shipping Policy for more information on how to proceed.
Condition of Returns: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact in order to be eligible for a return. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted for a return or refund.
Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will process your refund according to the terms outlined in the Shipping Policy. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to logos, text, images, graphics, videos, and product designs, is the property of Paws and Bows or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
