Important Update - EU & Northern Ireland Shipping
Due to recent changes to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) taking effect in the EU and Northern Ireland on December 13, 2024, I am currently unable to ship to these destinations.
I truly apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
UK Shipping

Please note: this estimate does not include processing/turnaround time.
Turnaround Time:
All items are handmade to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your item to be made, depending on the number of current orders.
Royal Mail Delays:
Due to ongoing Royal Mail strikes, there may be additional delays in delivery times. Please allow a few extra days for your parcel to arrive after dispatch.
Important:
Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
International Shipping

Estimated delivery: 7-15 working days from dispatch.

Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK and international holidays.
Customs & Duties:
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Prohibited Items:
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item you’re ordering is not restricted or prohibited in your country.
No compensation will be provided for items held or destroyed by customs due to import restrictions.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels
Once your parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail, I cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
If your order hasn’t arrived or has arrived damaged, please contact me via the contact form on the website, and I’ll do my best to help.
Returns Policy
I accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in original, unused condition, with all packaging intact.

Items must be clean, unworn, and free from dirt or damage.

You’ll need to provide your order number as proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before you send your item back.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

I strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. I cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
Refund Policy
Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund, this can take a few working days depending on your provider.
Please note:

I do not offer refunds for custom or personalised items unless they are faulty.

Refunds are not available for items returned in a used, damaged, or dirty condition.

If your refund is rejected due to the item not meeting return criteria, I’ll contact you to arrange return of the item (at your expense).
