UK Shipping Policy

Standard Royal Mail 1st Class Service: £3.50 (3-5 days when dispatched*)

Please allow time for the bows to be made. 4 weeks turnover time depending on how many orders are being made.

*Due to the current ROYAL MAIL STRIKES there are severe delays across Royal Mail service in the UK. For this reason, please allow an extra few days for your item to be delivered once dispatched.

International Shipping Policy

We offer International Tracked and Signed Shipping via Royal Mail - £9.75
(7-15 working days when dispatched*)

** Days refer to working days (Monday-Friday) and exclude the day of posting, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays in the UK and overseas. 

Sometimes items which you purchase from the UK will incur custom and duty charges by your home country, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these if they wish to receive their item.

It is your responsibility to check what items are restricted to import into your country prior to the order.

No compensation will be provided to items destroyed by customs in the event of them being prohibited.

Lost / stolen / damaged parcels

Once your item is dispatched and handed over to Royal Mail we cannot accept any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged parcels. In the unlikely event that your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, please contact us at [email protected] we'll be happy to help.


Returns

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the 7 days has passed you cannot return your item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number for proof of purchase. We recommend trying on items carefully to ensure they remain in a returnable condition should you need to return. We cannot accept used or muddy/dirty items.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please include your name, your order number and the email address used to place the order. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless agreed otherwise. We highly recommend using a trackable postage option as we cannot accept any responsibility for lost items. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
