Returns and refunds
Returns Policy
I accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original, unused condition, with all packaging intact.
- Items must be clean, unworn, and free from dirt or damage.
- You’ll need to provide your order number as proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact me via the contact form on the website, and I’ll do my best to help.
- Your full name
- Order number
- The email address used to place the order
Important Notes:
- Returns must be approved before you send your item back.
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
- I strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. I cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
Refund Policy
Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund, this can take a few working days depending on your provider.
Please note:
- I do not offer refunds for custom or personalised items unless they are faulty.
- Refunds are not available for items returned in a used, damaged, or dirty condition.
- If your refund is rejected due to the item not meeting return criteria, I’ll contact you to arrange return of the item (at your expense).
